HYPERBLOCK (PRIVATE) LIMITED (“we”) is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Get2HourSite service in Pakistan.
Business contact data. To offer our service we process publicly available business information (business name, address, publicly listed phone number and e-mail, photos and reviews already published online) in order to prepare a website preview and contact the business once with our offer.
Customer data. When you order, we process your name, e-mail and order details. Payment card data is handled exclusively by the payment gateway and never reaches our servers.
Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept for security.
We use this data to provide and improve the service, to fulfil orders and to comply with legal obligations. Business contact data of non-customers is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. We do not sell personal data.
Every outreach e-mail contains an unsubscribe link. Businesses that opt out are added to a suppression list and never contacted again. You can also write to us at any time to be removed.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to asif.ali@hyperblock.pk. We reply within a reasonable time.
We operate in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016, and we follow recognised good practice on data protection.
